hg8868皇冠国际的 NHEKs are isolated from neonatal (NHEK-CRY-NEO) or adult (NHEK-CRY-AD) donor tissue and cryopreserved as 主要的 cells.  When cultured in hg8868皇冠国际的 NHEK-GM Growth Medium according to hg8868皇冠国际的 NHEK-CRY protocols, our epidermal keratinocytes are guaranteed to have ≥ 75% viability upon thaw and to produce ≥ 15 population doublings.  NHEKs are characterized by their cobblestone morphology and expression of cytokeratins.

All cells are negative for mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, and fungi. HIV-1, hepatitis B and hepatitis C are not detected by PCR for all donors and cell lots.  This product is for research use only.  Not for use in animals, humans or diagnostic purposes.
